Mother Wound
The 'Mother Wound' refers to emotional pain or unmet needs stemming from the relationship with one's mother or maternal figure. Father Wound
Father Wound refers to the emotional pain and unmet needs resulting from a strained, absent, abusive, or emotionally unavailable relationship with one's father or father figure. This wound can be caused by neglect, abandonment, harsh criticism, lack of affection, or even over-controlling behavior.

Loss and Grief
Grief is a natural, deeply personal response to loss—whether it's the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or even the loss of identity or dreams. Self-Awareness
