With over 10 years of experience in corporate mental health and therapeutic practice, I specialize in designing and implementing high-impact Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), trauma-informed interventions, grief and loss support, and comprehensive workplace wellness strategies. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a systemic lens to both corporate and personal environments; strengthening relationships, improving communication, and fostering resilience at every level. My work includes trauma therapy, loss and bereavement support, and guiding individuals and families through complex emotional transitions with clarity and compassion. I bridge executive leadership and clinical expertise, partnering with organizations, couples, and families to cultivate emotionally intelligent, high-performing, and psychologically safe spaces. Evalyne Kemuma Mogaka
Evalyne Kemuma Mogaka is a highly versatile professional with over 14 years of experience spanning security management, psychological counseling, curriculum development, and executive leadership. She is recognized for her “Integral Mission” approach, integrating tactical security expertise with trauma-informed psychological support to build safer, more resilient communities. Her dual expertise allows her to provide specialized interventions in psychological debriefing, trauma management, suicide prevention, and resilience training for high-stress environments. Evalyne is also skilled in emergency response planning, stress management, and designing tailored training programs that address organizational and individual needs. Through her work, she empowers organizations and communities to navigate risk, build resilience, and implement sustainable safety solutions.

David Mwangi Maina
With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in supporting children and adolescents in navigating emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. I work closely with young clients and their families to strengthen communication, build coping skills, and promote healthy emotional development. My approach incorporates art and play therapy, providing creative, age-appropriate ways for children to express feelings, process experiences, and develop problem-solving skills. I specializes in grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, helping clients navigate emotional pain while reclaiming hope and stability. With extensive experience across hospital wards, schools, and community programs in Nairobi, I have walked alongside hundreds of clients and facilitated mental health training for large groups, bringing both depth of practice and breadth of perspective. Alice Wakarura Ngigi
